Childhood Deconditioning sessions®
Childhood Deconditioning is designed as a structured series of 10/12 sessions that guide us back through our childhood. It is a process
supported by Osho’s teachings and meditation techniques, influenced both by Western self-analysis approaches and Eastern philosophies.
It brings light to unresolved issues and inner knots acquired during childhood, which continue to influence significantly our emotional life, behaviors, relationships with others and ultimately poisoning our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
During childhood we learned which masks we could utilize for survival, which may have led us to lose touch with vital, spontaneous, and
authentic aspects of ourselves.
The aim of this method is to help us reconnect with our essence and with our inner resources, rediscovering lively and joyful aspects of
ourselves, integrating them then into our adult awareness.
The core aspect of healing these issues lies in meditation, which allows us to transcend past identifications that inhibit our ability to flow naturally with life’s ever-evolving demands. Through meditation, we develop compassion for our inner child while also cultivating responses better suited to our current daily circumstances, releasing old beliefs about our limitations and about the world, along with behavioral patterns, thoughts, and emotional reactions rooted in our past wounds.
Currently, it’s also possible to meet online; in this case, we won’t conduct 10 sessions, but a flexible number according to the client’s
needs. This type of work doesn’t replace but rather complements in-person sessions.
Premartha and Svarup, the creators of this technique, are therapists from the Osho community with extensive experience in working with
individuals. They are the authors of the book “Born Twice: Deconditioning Childhood” (Ed. Urra).
The cost of a 10-session package in person is 1000 euros.
